Although my work differs greatly in terms of topic and style, it compensates my art down to the last detail, having a dramatic flair to it.
Normally I am unable to fully communicate my intention because of how fast and many things I try to express all at once. When starting a new project, I try to learn all about it and all the different ways I can go about and present it in a concise way. Once I am able to lock down a style, then that’s when I feel comfortable enough to add my own twists on it.
While I’m very much a people pleaser in everyday life, I’d say I’m the most selfish when I do my own art. The main target to please when doing it is me, therefore everything I create has to have a certain exuberance towards it in the end, much like myself. While they could all be considered very different, one thing’s the same; they each display my personality.
