For me my art is constantly changing. One day I might create something with very dark colors and fringe typefaces, the next day it might be pastel colors with a script typeface. I like to design based on my mood. The first thing I do in my creative process is asses my mood because it makes the art feel more personal. As people we are always changing and adapting so I feel that my art should too. For me designing is growth, it is a reflection of who I am at the time it was created. When I look back at my art it is a good reminder of the parts of me that I want to hold on to so I can continue to grow and make myself a better person and show me the parts of myself that are holding me back from becoming who I am meant to be. Art teaches me to appreciate and hold on to the values that make me a better me and to release what does not.
